From a 32oz growler about a week old.
Pours a dark brown, almost black color, good sized light brown head that fades at a slow rate but no real lacing.
Smell has a strong roasted malt aroma with plenty of coffee to please the nose.
Taste is like a good cup of cold coffee mixed with a strong roasted malt porter, coffee is the strongest aspect and lasts throughout, carbonation is medium-high with a good body.

Had this at a bottle share so only able to give overall impressions. The nose was absolutely incredible, light cinnamon character and big big smoky character - smoked pork. On palate was much the same, smoky, cinnamon, hints of roasty coffee. Very smooth and cohesive. Excellent stuff!

Thank you smanson56 for this
500 ml bottle, dated 10/4/17, poured into a tulip
Bottle #604/852
A- Black with a two finger mocha head.
S- Lots of cinnamon, coffee, slightly smoky, touch of roasted and sweet malts. As it warms the smokiness gets more of a bacon quality.
T- Smoky, cinnamon, roasted coffee, a syrup like sweetness, the after taste is meaty/bacon.
M- Smooth, medium to full body.
O- Breakfest in a bottle. I’m actually surprised how well they pulled off the bacon in this and the cinnamon adds a nice balance for the flavors.

April 15, 2016 - Drank from a growler filled the same day.
Look / Smell - Very dark, aggressive pour yielded lots of thick brown head that settled nicely.
Taste - Sweet tasty dark deep porter that changes its complexion as you change your stage of drinking it - with dinner, it's drinkable, goes down smoothly; after dinner when warmed a little, it's good with sludgy peanut butter or caramel Ben and Jerry's, and further after dinner, as it gets closer to room temperature, it's like desert all over again, best to sip it at this point. The hints of cinamin, smoke, vanilla are ever so muted and distinctly in the background as they should be.
Feel - Heavy mouth feel, thick, solid, and very chewey
Overall - Amazing beer, everything works with it. It definitely gets better as it warms as the tastes really come out.

8 oz pour into snifter on tap
A: deep black in color not much of a head
S: lots of cinnamon some coffee and a little chocolate
T: lots of coffee and cinnamon a little bit of a sourness on the finish and the coffee gives it a little bit of bitterness
M: very lively on the tongue might be the cinnamon medium to full feel
O: not too bad at all nothing crazy amazing but quite solid can not really pick the bacon up except maybe way on the aftertaste a little smoke

Dark brown/black color, graham cracker head that lingers throughout. Smell is malty, some cinnamon and some smoke (probably reminiscent of the 25 lbs of bacon used to brew this one). Nice cinnamon, malt taste with light smoke. A real winner from these guys

American Porter brewed with bacon, cinnamon and French roast coffee. Cinnamon is the most pronounce flavor and the bacon comes through more as a smokey after taste. Pretty drinkable for so many add-ons. A great porter overall if slightly dominated by cinnamon
