A big Wheat Wine made with massive amounts of malted wheat and fermented with 10 pounds of honey per barrel. Sweet and floral honey aromatics with a rich and thick malted wheat backbone.

Pours amber-brown with two fat fingers of lasting tan head. When the head eventually settles it leaves nice rings of lacing.

Fig, crème brûlée, distant banana-flavored Laffy Taffy and alcohol-soaked sponge cake in the nose.

Brown bread, fig, distant banana, plum, vanilla, custard, cherry cough syrup and honey grahams sin the taste. A little pilly bitterness in the finish, in the absolute best way.

Exceptionally soft mouthfeel with very tight, fluffy carbonation.

Really well made. The fruit flavors are delicious but never come off too sweet, and the mouthfeel is amazing. Great beer.

L: dirty amber color, minimal head and lacing. Not too pretty

S: fresh wheat/sprouted grain bread in a bath of apple juice and wildflowers. Wonderful aroma

T: largely follows suit with a powerful honey sweetness: really comes off as mead-adjacent. Crisp apple, orchard rot, and grape must character keeps it from becoming overly saccharine. Dries out with lightly tart apple

F: full with low carb

32 oz growled was poured into a snifter.

Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is an amber copper color with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.

Smell: Vanilla, apple, pear, toasted, doughy, biscuity, caramel, and warm alcohol.

Taste: Getting all the aromas on the palate as it rolls through my mouth. Honey adds another depth of flavor profiles and characteristics. Boozy and gets more complex flavors as it warms up.

Mouthfeel: Smooth, light to medium bodied, a little dry, medium carbonation, and nice warm alcohol.

Overall: A nice sipper of a wheatwine. I'd like to try out the barreled variants of this beer sometime too.

Draught @ Brewery: This one poured a dark coppery color. There was minimal head and lacing. Nice nose. Wheat, honey, caramel, dark fruits. The taste is very good. Somewhat sweet and a touch syrupy. Wheat, caramel, honey, fruits. Very nice!
