The colour is yellow (5 EBC), the liquid is clear. The three finger head is airy and white; it sinks slowly leaving lots of lacing.
The smell is clean, fresh and bitter – like a bigger German pils. Some flowery notes, hints of citric peels and lemon juice.
The taste starts a bit earthy and sweet with notes of lemon peels, lemon juice and grapefruits. Clean flavours, medium to full body. The aftertaste is clean, sweet and bitter with some alcohol and dried fruits. The short finish got notes of lemon fruit drops.
The carbonation is strong; the small bubbles are fresh and long-lasting. The liquid is semi-smooth.
A very clean and smooth IPL with fresh lemon flavours.
