The colour is gold; the liquid got some chill haze. The finger thick head is airy and white. It sinks quickly leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell got dense caramel sweetness and citric marmalade notes. Hints of rubber and beef stock.
The taste starts hoppy with citric marmalade and orange peels. Growing notes of overripe fruits and beef stock. Medium body. The aftertaste got passing notes of beef stock/bullion, wood and ripe oranges. Light bitterness. Bitter herbs and some wort in the finish.
The carbonation is light, the few bubbles light and long-lived. The liquid is a bit sticky.
