Bomber from Tavour. Lught amber pour, clear, one finger foamy head. Aroma is malty, caramel, toffee, butterscotch, but not sweet. Taste is more of the deep ruch malt flavors, with a dry bitterness that wraps it all up and lingers on the palate. Tons of caramel.

L - a clear, west coast style IPA that is a bit hefty at 7.5 but worth it.
S - like many of the New Mexico IPAs this one is earth-pine-citrus and some light cat pee on the nose
T - Great first palate impression and saturation; fades a bit on the mid and back palate. Not sure why
F - Great carbonation, almost as good as Cumbre's Elevated
O - I think this Uppercut has improved over the last 2-3 years. Give it another try!

Light copper body; dense , creamy body. Somewhat spicy aroma; a bit of mild cereal grain on the nose. Nice malt backbone with a spicy, peppery hop presence; very light caramel malt. Heavy body; spicy and prickly mouthfeel; some residual sugar presence yet dry overall.
A very solid IPA, crisp and spicy.

A very tasty, powerful, and enjoyable IPA. A bit cloudy, resembling a NEIPA. Strong piney notes with a bit of a floral backing. Oddly enough, it finishes with a strawberry aftertaste. My wife even complemented my breath after consumption (bonus for that!) Very good IPA that I'll definitely have again.
