Reviewing this a second time. First review was a 2.42 based on a can from the LCBO. This second tasting is from a 650 bottle from the brewer.

Pours an almost opaque straw with a nice two finger head. Nice retention which fades after a significant amount of time but leaves a nice lacing. The nose is quite mellow but reveals hints of citrus. The first thing that hits your taste buds is a sweet malt followed by a citrusy bitterness. This in turn fases into a nice long grapefruit finish which provides a really nice balance to this brew.

I'm glad I took a second chance at this brew. The LCBO can was likely off or aged on their shelves. This is a nice sessionable beer which I'd definitely have again.
