The colour is gold (7 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is white and compact, it sinks down to a thick lid leaving some lacing.
The smell is somewhat bitter. Strong sweetness, some pulp/paper and metal.
The taste is somewhat dry. Sweet clean malty flavours. Peppery bitterness. Light to medium body. The aftertaste got notable warming alcohol, marzipan and some wet paper. The finish is short with some dough.
The carbonation is strong, the many bubbles mid-sized. The liquid is light.
