Our big, bold, fruited, pie sour; jam packed with Peaches! The original concept of this standout ale was to brew an Imperial Kettle sour with bready notes from the grain bill. Then we added a humble spice pack containing some of your favorite baking spices to the boil along with Lactose for body. We finished off this monster of a beer with large additions of peaches, this is not your grandmother's pie!

Base beer is a Berliner Weisse. Subtle cinnamon/spices that you might find is a peach cobbler. Nice job.
