Cherry, currant, berry, burnt malts, roast, char, black malt/schwarz malt. Brewers' chocolate. Fruit cake.
Hides its ABV well. Not a standout imperial stout, but I like that it's not crazy sweet like many of these pastry stouts hitting the market. De Molen does far better imperial stouts without collaboration but tends to be hit and miss.
