Poured out of a 16 oz. can into a plastic pint glass/cup, this beer pours a fairly cloudy/hazy medium golden/orange color with white head that's about an an inch thick when first poured that settles pretty quickly to a thin to medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass. Very little if any spots of surface foam and practically no lacing here. Aromas of some bready malts and a grassy, barnyard funk along with a citrus tart smell. The taste is pretty much the same, with a bit of a bready malt presence upfront that gives way to a grassy, barnyard funk and a nice, slightly acidic, astringent in a pleasant way citrus tart sourness with a nice bit of salt too. Probably the most acidic, astringent, and overall the most sour beer of this style that I've had as of yet. And I like that. A lot. Has a fairly crisp, yet also smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean, fairly dry finish and the sour tart flavor lingers in the inside of my mouth for a long time after each sip. A very good beer here all things considered.

16oz can poured into a pint glass
A: Pale, tan, thin head that disappears instantly
S: Both the tamarind and guava come through nicely along with some tropical fruit and a bit of funk
T: Matches the nose. A nice sour from the tamarind (and if you know Pad Thai sauce you can definitely tell it's tamarind), some tropical fruit/guava and a hint of sour citrus towards the end
M: Light-bodied, pleasant sourness and carbonation
O: A nice mix of flavors leading to a fairly complex beer

One of the better beers in an unfortunately generally underwhelming series. The tangy-ness of the adjuncts mixes well with a sound, sour Berliner base.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass
It is a hazy, straw yellow. Fizzy, quickly vanishing head.
Smells tart with a bit of citrus and a lot of wheat grains.
Quick punch of sourness with some white vinegar, lemon, and a lot of wheat. So much grain flavor that it feels like you are chewing on wheat sheafs.
Very crisp body. A little bit dry.
Nice tartness tha doesn't overwhelm the flavor. Solid Berliner in my opinion.
