Pours a slightly hazed amber with 2 fingers of pear; colored head. Average head retention & lacing

S: Bready, catty, loads of citrus, fades a little once warm

T: Basically follows the nose, some dryness, but plenty of juicyness too. Plenty of orange & a little mango & woody hops as this warms. Finishes juicy & citrussy with just the right amount of dryness

MF: Medium body, slight carbonation, great balance

Drinks so easy, hops are in balance, this may be a candidate for the best beer I've purchased on vacation down in FL & in my top 10 for the year, easily!

Pours a hazy light copper with over a finger of head. The nose is very citrusy and fruity. The flavor follows the nose with a decent dose of hop bitterness on the finish.

This is much more like an IPA than an APA.

Reviews for the rest of us:

This beer is delicious. Easy to drink, classic IPA after taste with a great aroma, thick head, and citrusy IPA taste. If you see this on a shelf, buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Poured from a can dated 06/15/17. The beer pours a hazy orangish-amber color with a huge, fluffy white head that lingers long but leaves minimal lacing. There are floaties visible.

I can smell pineapple and orange from three feet away during the pour. Additionally there are more from tropical hops smells rolling off.

The taste is mostly tropical hops with a slightly bitter backbone. Pineapple and mango seem to dominate the flavor. There is a small malt balance that comes through at the end.

The mouthfeel is slightly oily and a bit thick. It's really nice and how I like APAs and IPAs.

Overall this is a really great beer. With slighty less bitterness and slightly more citrus, it would be outstanding.

Canned a few days ago. Slightly hazy amber orange color with a one finger thick head with medium retention.
Delicious fresh aroma with notes of pine, mango, grapefruit, passion fruit, resin and lychees.
Flavor with predominant notes of pine, resin, grapefruit, lemon, oranges, passion fruit, drops of lychees, white pepper and ginger. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Nice surprise, this is an outstanding APA. Refreshing, crisp and bold with good hoppy punch and complexity. Its name was especially consistent for the nose; it really brought a myriad of notes from its Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Mouth felt juicy with tropical notes spiced by piney resin. Worth trying.
