On tap at the brewery.

Clear but very dark brown with a modest head that soon reduces to a durable ring and partial top coat. Ruby highlights.

Aroma: mild and malty, with a darker roast than expected.

Flavor: follows the aroma. Mildly bitter; a bit more so in theaftertaste. Dark and flavorful for style.

Dark ruby/brown draft pour at the brewery; thin off white head with little lace. Semi sweet malt nose. Roasted malt and a little buttering on the finish. Lite mouthfeel with roasty tongue coating. Great for style and easy low ABV beer.

This beer is great if you like the darker beers but the light feeling of an ale. It is smooth with a nutty flavor. Not too much of a head. Really drinkable if you are sitting around enjoying the day or eating BBQ.

Had this on tap at a North Florida restaurant. I love English session beers and this did not disappoint. Dark and malty without being bitter. There was a slight, pleasantly chalky taste that reminded me of the English Midlands. Note that I've never been to England but this is how I picture an English Mild would taste at a real pub! I would definitely keep this on hand as a go-to session beer.
