Lightly hazy and slightly burnt yellow-gold with a short white head that persists as a sparsely fuzzy creaminess.
The crisp and tingly medium-light body delivers a big punch of tart passion fruit accented by a lightly toasted seed accent.
Here's yet another passion fruit ale that puts so many others out there to shame. But then again, I expected nothing less from JWB.

On tap at Aslin's 1st Anniversary 9/24/16. These are my notes.
L: light ring little head pale gold
S: passion fruit with sour yeast
T: follows nose slightly sour but within balance
F: light body medium carb good construction
overall very solid Samson (think I meant Saison here. let's blame autocorrect)

A: Big passion fruit upfront, light fruitiness, followed by a clean moderately sharp sourness.
A: Pale golden color, lightly hazy, with a small white head that has decent retention. There is light lacing left in the glass.
T: Lots of passion fruit flavor upfront, light fruitiness, clean, juicy, with a moderately sharp lingering sourness through the finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer drinks deceivingly easy.
O: Awesome; the base saison is really clean and the use of passionfruit provides a great compliment to the clean lingering sourness.
