Reddish colour. Pure fruit aroma. Big tartness. Sipper and wonderful.

Grolwer filled 11/13/22
Moving right along with the growlers from Half Time yesterday, I’m very excited to try this one. I really enjoyed Miami Madness, which is a component of this blend along with DFPF (which I haven’t had yet). Let’s just crack it open and get into it
Pours a slightly cloudy bright ruby with a finger of pinkish white head that fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing
The tartness in the nose is subtle but really nice. I’m picking up on aromas of tart passionfruit, lemon zest, orange juice, bready malt, dragonfruit, funky guava, and light cherry
It’s similar in taste, fruity and tart but with a nice subtle malt character. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting dragonfruit, lime juice, strawberry, crackery malt, overripe mango, passionfruit, and light cherry. The swallow brings notes of tart passionfruit, lemon zest, strawberry, bready malt, vanilla, and guava juice
A light medium body pairs with moderate carbonation, resulting in a sharp and tart beer. Finishes mostly dry with a puckering yet balanced tartness
While I didn’t like this as much as Miami Madness, it is still very damn good. Very happy to have tried it

Magenta opaque pour with a pinkish head. In the nose the passion fruit leads most, then guava, then mango, dragon fruit is lost, slight wheat overpowered by sugar. Taste still has passion fruit as the leading lady, but dragon fruit is here now too with the other fruits, get a hint of lime too. Leans more sweet than miami madness did. Feel is cool and light with less dyanamic play between fruit tartness and dry wheat snap, ending is almost sugary. It is no miami madness which I had back to back with this

Lightly foggy neon magenta to lighter ruby with a tall Pepto pink foam that settles to a creamy film thickening at the edge leaving some spotty lace.
Passion fruit is the star here and I love it. Exploding with a floral herbality on the nose and kicking off the tart, delish taste with seedy boldness, the passion fruit never stops. More mango, guava and dragon fruit emerge with time, especially towards the bottom of the glass.
Cuvee de Wakefield is perfectly tart and insanely drinkable with a tingly tartness and a crisp, soft carbonation that closes out semi-dry.
It's an absolute tropical adventure on the palate, like Miami Madness with a red fruit accent.

Fruit character is pleasantly smooth and not astringent, but the beer lacks underlying depth and character. More a face value beer that just relies on the obvious fruit character. Pleasant bit not special.

The beer pours a Clear vibrant pink with a thin white head that recedes quickly. It has medium carbonation. The beer smells of passion fruit, guava, lime, mango, and strawberry. It tastes tart, with passion fruit, guava, mango, and strawberry. The feel is light and refreshing. A good sour from J Wakefield.
