L: Poured from a tallboy can to a pint glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick consistency. There was a quarter inch of creamy, tan-colored head that lasted an average amount of time. Not much lacing.
S: A good aroma of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, and hops.
T: Tasted of a decent amount of roasted malt, light hops (more in the finish), a lot of sweet chocolate (never a bad thing), some light coffee. A pretty likable flavor for the most part. It's very heavy on the chocolate, but it still kind of works. A bit one-dimensional, but oddly in a good way. Tasty.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This beer is uneven in some ways, but still drinkable. Worth a look.

Poured a brown body with minimal head (more brown than black). Aroma is thick and malty with chocolate sweet notes sticking out. Smooth, thick, medium bodied but not too heavy or cloying with a roasted chocolate sweetness with minor dryness so its balanced and finishes easy and clean.
