Appearance: black in color with a 1/2" head that slowly falls to a thin surface covering.

Smell: roasted malt aroma.

Taste: roasted malt, mild coffee, a bit of milk chocolate, and a mild bitterness.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Smooth from start to finish.

Overall: an easy drinking stout that one may not be enough.

The beer pours a dark brown with a medium sized off white head. It has low carbonation. The beer smells of coffee roast, mocha, almonds, marzipan, and hazelnuts. It tastes of light coffee roast, almonds, marzipan, hazelnuts, and candy. It has a light thin body. A nice milk stout on a spring day.
