This brew is from an aluminum can, with a seriously hazy, dark-straw hue. Musty fruit aroma, with a bit of grass an fresh grain. The taste is balanced. Grain and fruit, and some dryness in the taste. Worthwhile.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/2/2019. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy pineapple, mango, melon, coconut, guava, berries, peach, pear, red apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light hay, straw, grass, musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pineapple, coconut, mango, peach, guava, fruity/spicy/light funk yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big lightly tart/tangy pineapple, mango, melon, coconut, guava, berries, peach, pear, red apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruit tang/tartness, and Brett spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy pineapple, mango, melon, coconut, guava, berries, peach, pear, red apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light hay, straw, grass, musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, coconut, mango, peach, guava, fruity/spicy/light funk yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt, tart/tangy fruit, and yeast spiciness balance; with no cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tart/tangy fruit and spicy yeast. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.4%. Overall this is an excellent semi-wild fruit beer. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, coconut, mango, peach, guava, fruity/spicy/light funk yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish; great soft feel. Great big juicy fruit presence, with solid Brett complexity; and a great balanced wheat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with crisp drying. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Not overwhelming on any aspect.

12 oz, can:

Pours hazy light yellow. A foamy head lasts. Lacing sticks.

It smells as advertised - pineapple, coconut, and guava. Sweet with grain in the back.

The taste follows the nose. A bit too fruity. Pineapple and coconut linger.

Mixed feelings about this. Interesting. A light blonde ale with a mix of fruit that gives it a light fruit punch character.

Had on tap. Pours hazy, caution light yellow in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is big pineapple, sour mix, and coconut. Sweet and sour, light bodied with moderate carbonation. Perfect beach beer. Really like the coconut flavor. Refreshing. Would get this again.

This beer pours a clear gold with a smallish head. The aroma leads with classic blonde ale notes of semi-sweet malts, with a lot of rich coconut, with a melange of tropical and berry fruit. The flavor is a bit more exuberant, with berry and guava notes upfront, followed by white fleshed tropical fruits, and coconut on the finish. The mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall a fun fruity little beer, really well realized, although maybe a tighter fruit focus would have helped some.
