Notes:
This fruit beer is made by adding generous quantities of strawberries to a blonde ale base beer, providing harmonious fruit qualities, golden-strawberry blonde color, crisp/dry palate, light body, low hop characters & bitterness and light malt & fruit sweetness.

Really overcarbonated. Not sure if this is intentional or not but its not a pleasant experience.

Don't really taste or smell much strawberry. It's drinkable but I'm not sure how this one any medals unless I just got a bad batch or it sat in the warehouse awhile before I got it. Tastes and mouth feel reminded me of a saison with a stronger hay aroma. It has a lot of things going on and definitely out of the norm; I can see where some people may like it.

Not usually something I would like, but this one hit the spot sitting outside on a warm summer day

Destihl Strawberry Blonde Ale has a thick, fizzy, crackly, white head, a semi-clear, bubbly, gold appearance, and some fairly heavy lacing left on the sides of the glass. The aroma is of strawberry, bitter strawberry leaves, vegetable matter, and white bread. Taste is of sweet, bitter, acidic, strawberries, white bread, and some strawberry leaves. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy, and Destihl Strawberry Blonde Ale finishes semi-dry, fruity, and decently drinkable. If you're into fruit beers (and, I'm not), you might really like it. RJT

Poured from 12oz can into a tulip.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light shimmery haze and a thick head of white foam, which leaves a bit of chunky lace as it dissipates. Pretty attractive indeed.
Smell: a lightly cloying maltiness with a thick strawberry character right at first, followed by a much more mellow and balanced experience toward the end. Strawberry beers are famously difficult to nail down, but I feel like this is halfway decent. Not at all bad.
Taste: a light blonde ale type of beer, with a little bit of maltiness (is there a little wheat in here too?), with a dose of syrupy strawberry flavor. I honestly don't know how this beer is made, but I feel like the strawberry is a bit artificial in nature -- at least, that's how it tastes to me.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a massive carbonation -- well-hidden compared to its relatively light apparent effervescence! Right up my alley -- bam!
Overall: drinkable, but I feel like the strawberry is a bit artificial. It's hard to tell, though -- if this is a 100% natural, traditionally-fruited strawberry beer, then maybe, just maybe, I'm not a big fan of this fruit.

Looks like a normal blonde, but the nose is strawberry. Taste is also strawberry with an earthy finish.

Pours a clear golden color with a tight, white head that leaves little bits of lacing.
Smells of strawberries and pale malts.
Tastes of the strawberries with a decent malt base. Strawberry leads off with a bit of sweetness to it. This gives way to a bit of pale malt with some graininess. A touch of hops comes towards the end some lemongrass. Finishes with a bit of fruity sweetness.
Mouthfeel is medium-light with a crisp amount of carbonation.
Overall, this is a solid beer which accomplishes its goal of featuring strawberries. Can't say that I like it too much, but it would be worth a try if you want a fruit beer.

Pours a frothy white head. Malty aroma with strawberry throughout. Hazy, straw color. Okay, that's weird. Starts a little bit bitter with grainy hops. Malt sweetness comes in. Strawberry is present from the beginning, but really comes forward as the bitterness subsides. Finish is grainy hops, strawberry, and a touch of malt.
Actually, I'm not really a fan of this. They should dial back the hops on this one; bitter and strawberry aren't a really good pairing. A malt-centric brew with the berries would be much, much nicer.

A: poured into a fizzy yellow beer is for wussies pint glass to a cloudy pale yellow topped by a finger and a half of dense and soapy white head that retains well but leaves minimal lacing
S: smells of not a lot. really reaching for aromas with this one but there's some fruitiness with hints of strawberries and a little bit of bready malt
T: taste is fresh strawberries paired with malt sweetness. swallow is pale malt, a little strawberry and some fruitiness
M: this beer sits somewhat heavy on the palate with slightly prickly carbonation. it pulls into the mouth heavy but the carb helps lighten it up on the palate. this beer has a refreshing finish
O: Not bad, strawberry beers are hard to do and this one tastes pretty good although it's a little light on flavors
