Can pour - opaque citrus juice hazy with foamy white head leaving residual lacing. Nose is citrusy and tropical with hints of sweet malt and earthy pine. Taste follows with a smooth mouthfeel and mild citric bite lingering on the finish.

Very tasty Hazy IPA. I actually enjoyed them as I drank more. Citra & Mosaic hops are usually a winner especially when dry hopped! Excellent job!

Had TourBus poured from pint can, bottom stamped "canned on 07/21/22," into nonic pint.
Pours light orange-juice hazy, with 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving nice Belgian lace etched down the glass. Juicy, sweet citrus then malt aromas off pour, with sharper citrus rind, some peach, a bit of dankness and finally a little sharp berry aromas as warms. Begins sweet peach, then crispy lime and tangerine, and something tangy and tropical, over a bit of earthy malt, before a drying, crisp, light citrus rind finish.
A nice balance between sweeter and tarter fruit, over a classic NEIPA grain bill, in a nice ABV package, for a slightly contemporary take on the hazy IPA.

Sixteen ounce can poured into a glass. The aroma immediately informed me I had a winner. NEIPAs have been my favorite style since this past summer and I’ve tried dozens. This is the best so far.

My first beer from this brewery. Good NE IPA!!! Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer featured the typical NE IPA hazy straw yellow color and a medium sized foamy white head. Head retention is better than average and there are some bands of lacing on the glass. Aroma and flavor include moderate bitterness, plenty of grapefruit and some tropical fruit (pineapple). The NEIPA "dankness"/ earthiness is not that noticeable but there is a definite yeast presence in the taste. A good tasting beer! Mouthfeel was the best part!! Even with some bitterness and grapefruit taste, this beer has a pillowy soft mouthfeel like a good Helles. Quite surprising!!!! I enjoyed this one and wouldn't turn down another!!!

Added by Act25. Brewed in Normal, Illinois. Well done. Prize winner 2021 is well deserved.
a) Utterly opaque orange body, supports a bit of lace and no head.
s) So much going on, Pineapply big at the can crack, then pine and tropical fruits follow.
t) A mouth ful, powdery, piney, large, fruit salad.
f) Chalky, powdery, astringent. (but not too citric!)
o) Outstanding hazy, sticky IPA.

A little bit of age on this at 3 months since canning. A fast lived head that became a foamy ring very quickly. Very cloudy and a pale hazy hay color. Fruity aroma with a mix of earthiness that faded in time. Very smooth with limited bitterness but does have lingering hop flavors which are nice and hang around for a good long time. Mixed fruit flavors with touches of hop excess. Despite it's deficits, this is a nice drinking beer.
Many thanks Ann.

Excellent 16oz NE Hazy, pours out a bright, juicy orange with a fluffy off-white head. To me the Citra really shines here, strong pop of tropical fruit, mango and papaya, peach and pineapple. smooth and juicy and yeasty (some particulates are noticeable), just an excellent all-round NEIPA.

this is fabulous, perhaps the best hoppy beer i have ever had from these guys, darn near it anyway, cool to see some cans showing up in colorado, an unexpected brand to be distributed out here, but idaho is getting better selection all the time! i love the black cans, super sharp, and i like the very loose grateful dead theme to this. this beer is crazy dynamic, to such an extent i even find the hop profile interesting, so i was shocked to learn its an insanely familiar combination of mosaic and citra, like we have all tasted these two together in a hundred thousand ipa types, so that this one comes across as distinctive was truly a surprise, but it does exactly that. first of all, for having a multigrain foundation, its not that thick or starchy, they seem to have switched up the proportions a bit, more wheat, maybe less oats and barley in here, its god some creaminess but its never even a little bit heavy, being super pale and bone dry helps with that of course, but there is a lightness even to the flavor, really sets the hops up well. not sure how the hops were added, perhaps during high fermentation for some biotransformation, this seems to me to be a little different than the standard dry hopping after fermentation, but i could be wrong, less of the pineapple thing from the mosaic, more bright summer berry vibes, and less obvious lemon from the citra, its more complex than that, still fruity, but i get melon and herbal wrinkles in it here, and they marry together as well as they always do. freshness is also on point here, whoever brought these in has taken good care of quality so far thankfully, and overall this was way ahead of even excited expectations, one of the better hazy types ive had recently, super super tasty and different from the masses. almost no bitterness on this, but not none, a fast finish with a very clean ferment, none of that english or juice bomb yeast, its cleaner than that, tighter, and the carbonation is excellent. the hops have just a little oily slickness, a candied concentrated potency, light lime leaf, honeydew, and clover on the finish, oddly complex for being kind of simple, just really good hazy ipa here, fully worthy of its impressive accolades!

Deadhead IPA Series: TourBus pours a hazy brighter, yellow color, with a small, but long lasting, lacing head. Aroma is dry, with tropical fruit. Flavor is nice and dry, with tropical fruits. Good body and feel. Overall, dry, fruity, its a fantastic hazy IPA.

16oz can canned on 4/20/22 into a 16oz glass in Bloomington, IL.

S: Super dank, lemon, grapefruit, light diesel, lightly medicinal.
T: Lightly sweet, grapefruit, lime zest, bready, lightly sharp, dankness, tangy citrus, berries, bread dough, sour grape, lightly earthy. Oats & wheat bring light chalk to it. Full flavored & fruity.
