L: Pours straw gold with a slight haze under a 1” rapidly receding off-white foam collar.

S: Spice, citrus, light grains, fruit, orange and grapefruit. The fruit aromas are medium to medium high, the malt aromas are medium to medium low.

T: Begins with spice and light grains developing into a fine balance of spice, fruit, citrus and grapefruit over a malt backbone of light wheat and sweet malt. Has a grapefruit rind bitterness and a lingering fruit bitterness. The hop driven and added fruit flavors are medium to medium high, the malt flavors are medium.

F: Medium to medium light body and medium high carbonation.

O: This is a very drinkable American Wheat ale that is a little more hop forward than most with an interesting balance of flavors.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus, light spices. Taste is citrus, some malts, hints of spice, mild bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a smooth and easy drinking and beer.

L - Medium orangish-yellow. Cloudy. Tall white head. Pretty persistent.
S - Hops prominent, but not especially strong.. A little underlying malt sweetness. Bread and grapefruit, maybe something tropical.
T - Hoppier than I thought. Resiny grapefruit mild sweet malt. Unusual spiciness - coriander it would appear.

I did not care for this beer. Too bitter for me.
