the label on this thing says "not bad", but even that may be a stretch with this one. its pretty darn average across the board, but its not trying to be anything more than it is. a sort of craft yellow beer, adjuncty and a little sweet, almost totally still (which is my only real considerable gripe with it), and perhaps heavier in body than really favors the style. my first from these guys, i jumped in with a good amount of anticipation, which was quickly stifled by the cloudiness and general lack of life to it, no head or bubbles at all. smell and tastes like a sweet lager, i get the yeast flavor, but a corn thing too. there are no off flavors, metallics, or anything of that nature, it just doesnt taste very good. i can see it ice cold from the bottle in the parking lot at a packer game or some other cold weather wisconsin activity, but beyond that context, its of little use. still, an interesting beery to try, i always enjoy drinking beer from a brewery i have never heard of before. their other beer seems like it holds more promise...

Pours a clear gold color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of sweet malt, pale malt, hint of hop, and slight sugar. Fits the style of an American Pale Lager. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, pale malt, hint of hop, hint of yeast, and slight sugar. Overall, weak appearance, but decent aroma, body, and blend.

This brewery makes some great beers. This is the most mass produced one. And it sucks
