Sweet, medium copper flavor, honey, and still light. There is a softness about this beer that takes the drinkability to top notch. Soft, lightly floral notes on the finish. Hints is peppery spice in the finish as well. On a warm day I could crush these all day. Don't know much about maibocks, but glad I have some more these guys stashed away. Simple, easy drinking.

Dark amber color, very clear. A finger of white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is malt heavy, with breadiness and some caramel. Taste follows, big malt presence, hints of earthiness and spice. Medium body, moderate carb. Balanced, dry finish. Nice brew.
