Had this on tap at the Bulldog in Lowertown. The beer had a copper appearance wit no head. The aromas included a slight, white wine smell, but it was generally airy. The flavors were more vocal with that white wine grape flavor while the mouthfeel was somewhat thick, even a little syrupy. Overall, really enjoyed the flavor complexity.

Hazy yellow colour. Smells like cereal malts, grainy and Belgian yeast. Tastes like it smells; sweet and malty upfront, banana, a little bitter, and a yeasty dry finish. Hints of spice and clove. I can taste a touch of grape but seems more nuanced than expected.

This is one of the best beers I have had. Instant favorite visited Minnesota and fell in love with it. 2 of these and you are feeling fantastic!

Cool mix since it has sauvignon blanc grapes. It's pretty good. It grows on you the more you drink it.

I saw this in the store yesterday and thought it looked interesting so I picked one up. Cracked it open later that evening and the immediate smell I got was a little hoppy with some fruity notes. On first taste I thought I had mistakenly picked up an IPA but as quick as the bitterness arrived it was overpowered by a sweet fruitiness flavor of grapes and I fell in love with it.

4 out of 5 will buy again. (but in a 4 pack not a single)

Appearance: Pours clear and golden with a head that fritters away quickly; spotty lacing

Smell: Bready, with a vinous character; honey tones, too

Taste: The tropical fruit character of the Sauvignon Blanc arrives early, bringing vinous elements to the bready malt base; sweeter honey tones build, after the swallow; spicy Saison yeast phenols are also apparent; a bit of heat in the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium body with very low carbonation

Overall An interesting beer that gives you a few things to think about though there are some elements that could bear improving

Thanks, ta_hagen, for the opportunity
