Great carbonation, making it ultimately refreshing and a pleasure to drink after a long day working in the yard. Funk of brett and belgian yeast flavors are balanced and smooth, seek this one out!

On tap at The Pine Box.

Lovely golden color, lots of foam, good bubbles. Great looking.

Aroma/taste are of Belgian yeasts, a little fruity, an excellent example of a Belgian Pale (or a saison -- I don't draw a fine distinction between these beers). But, whoa, then that wine barrel influence kicks in towards the end, and you know this is a beer that's not in the least ordinary. Great combination of flavors, with refreshing mouthfeel.

Spectacular example of the craft of those guys at Holy Mountain.

Excessive carbonation is the one detraction here. After pouring back and forth from glass to glass and letting it settle a bit, this became a better beer; tighter bubbles on the remaining head, smoother mouthfeel. Big white wine barrel notes and brett aromatics. Some stone fruit and white grape come out as it warms. Peppery and hoppy backnote. Finishes dry.

On tap at the recent Bailey's barrel aged anniversary party.

Pretty tasty beer, no doubt, though to my jade palate, I thought it a light, watered down version of the goat (which I thought was superior). Still, the beer had some nice barrel aging (wine) and brett characteristics, the beer was very easy to drink. The finish was dry, light and slightly hoppy bitter. Nice beer.

750mL into a tulip. Pours a hazy pale golden color w/ a big fluffy monster head that leaves behind some beautiful clumps of foam along the side of the glass.

Aroma is bready Belgian yeast, banana, spice, clove. Really hits all the right notes.

Taste leads off with pale biscuity malt and Belgian yeast, but the white wine barrel follows assertively right behind. White grapes, orange and lemon, a touch of funk, grassy, spicy, oak. Some elements of a saison here.

Mouthfeel is a touch prickly, high carbonation. Still stays light and crisp, finishes semi-dry.

Overall a tasty Belgian pale with a unique white wine twist.

On tap at Holy Mountain

Pours a light golden color with solid head. Smells like a white wine. Taste is like a saison, can taste the Brett, wine barrel characteristics come in aftertaste. Overall very solid beer
