750mL into a tulip. Pours a hazy pale yellow w/ a big fluffy white head that settles to a nice layer of foam and traces of lace.

Aroma is funky, earthy, a touch citrusy. Lemons and pears, freshly cut grass. Smells bright and cheerful.

Taste follows nose. Earthy, rustic, a little funky. Slightly minerally, has a hardness to the taste and feel from the water, the yeast, and/or the hops.

Mouthfeel, as stated, is crisp and sharp. Medium bodied.

Overall a really nice saison, understated but with personality. Recommended.

This one pours a golden yellow-ish orange color, with a big voluminous head, and lots of lacing.

Smells like grass, lemon zest and lemon rind, clove, slight Brett, and orange peel.

I'm impressed with the small sample of Holy Mountain stuff I've been lucky enough to try. This seems like there's a bit of Brett in the mixed culture here, it's got a little bit of that sharp cheesy Brett to it, with grass, clove, lemon and orange. It's got a surprisingly strong hop character to it, lots of pine and grassiness.

This is lighter bodied, crisp and super drinkable, with a higher level of carbonation.

I could drink a ton of this and it would make me super happy.

Hazy orange with thin white bubbles dying to a thin ring.

I'm getting spicy herbal notes, and hickory? There's a light funk and woody flavor on the palate, but the smell is powerful of horse blanket and funky cheese.

Body is medium, soft yet crisp with a semi-dry finish.

Seattle review dump. At the brewery.

A- Baby snifter pour at the brewery with a hazy golden orange body from the tap. A small foamy white head falls slowly to A small ring which leaves sheets of lacing.

S- Hard to really pinpoint super specific things but on the whole it has some tropical musty Brett, plenty of whole grains, spicy Saison hay notes and a hint of funky stone fruits.

T- Drops much of the fruity aspects from the aroma for a much more hay, barnyard (not funky one) spicy floral Brett profile and spicy Saison notes. The fermentation character is laid upon a bed of crusty whole grains and a light sweetness. Still some stone fruit feel like dried apricot and peach pits. Very herbal as well.

MF- Low carbonation is a bit underwhelming and seemingly drives the flavor to stray very much from the brighter aroma. Lacks texture with just a bit of a fluffy feel and a slickness. Herbal bitterness is fairly strong in the finish.

Brett fruits in the nose and Brett spice on the tastebuds. The body is underwhelming but all in all it is a well brewed Brett Saison showcasing what can be done with that Brettanmtces.

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden apricot in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate straw yellow highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of finger thick head covering the entire surface of the beer with a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of funky barnyard + hay with a moderate amount of earthiness and moderate aromas of lemon citrus. Light to moderate aromas of herbal + grassy + citrus/grapefruit pith hops.

T: Upfront there is a moderate flavor of pale, bready, and wheat malts without any discernible sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lemon citrus and slightly stronger than moderate flavors of funky barnyard + hay with a moderate amount of earthiness. Finally there are light flavors of herbal + grassy + citrus/grapefruit pith hops in the finish which contribute a light amount of bitterness but the lingering flavor is the funkiness.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp becoming soft and smooth with a light amount of dryness in the finish.

O: Overall I would describe this as a rustic funky farmhouse ale which is quite easy to drink and very enjoyable. There is just enough brett presence to give funkiness to this brew without being overpowering.
