Translucent yellow, thin foam
Yeast, bread.
Tartness I was hoping for, veers toward apricot and lemon but there's something a bit herbal there.
dry, tinge of unwanted burn on the finish, light side of tart, zero pucker,

1st rating on this so I'll write something here:
Pours peach golden hazy hue very minimal head and very little lacing
Some funk/Brett notes in the aroma. Light spice notes. Hay. Pleasant
Semi dry, slightly sour, moderately funky saison. Really smooth. Some spice kick at the end and carbonation feel at the finish. Oak as well maybe? Really balanced, crushable, and delicious.
I've been lucky enough to have a few saisons from these guys and this is one of the best I've had. Cheers.
