Appearance: Arrives a cloudy goldenstraw with a modest head that leaves a few squiggles

Smell: Pungent marmalade with spice rye and spelt tones

Taste: Stone fruit flavors forward with the spicy tones from the rye and the spelt underpinning; marmalade bitterness arrives in the middle, with the finish being noticeably dry

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation

Overall: Really interesting malt and hop elements in this beer and bread collaboration with Ben's Breads (loved the English Muffins); loved the intriguing marmalade tones from the hops and the impact of the rye and the spelt; glad to be in Seattle to get a taste of this
