The clear liquid is yellow, the three fingers head is white, airy, and firm. It sinks slowly down leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is grainy and semi-sweet with notes of fresh French loaf and porridge. Hints of butter, fresh herbs, hay, and oak wood.
The taste is surprisingly sweet. It is a clean sweetness with notes of cereals, grains, and a hint of butter. Light to medium body. The aftertaste got some passing alcohol, more grains, some herbs, and grass. Minerals and sugar water in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the large bubbles short-lived. The liquid is semi-smooth.
Waaay too sweet.

Pours a semi clear yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is bready and floral with a bit of sweetness. Notes of elderflower, crackers, citrus and hint of corn.
Taste is bready and a bit sweet. Floral with a solid bitterness and notes of elderflower, knäckebröd, crackers, citrus and hint of rye and corn.
Mouthfeel is medium a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall,a solid pilsner. Well made and balanced.
