The beer is somewhat unclear going into a yellowish brown color. The foam is a little dusky with medium to large bubbles. The foam disappears leisurely quickly and leave fine traces. The scent is fresh with lots of hops and some bitter notes of grapefruit. But then comes the lemon, passion fruit and sweet caramel. Some herbs and pine with caramel malt. A little different scents than was expected from them at an IPA. The taste has a strong sweet caramel malt, then it hops and a little bitter. The taste is slightly bitter and fruity citrus marmalade, passion fruit and caramel. The hops are a bit in the background and does not play the main issue in this component. The taste is bitter and clearer towards the end where even little notes of grapefruit arrive. Here hairline even a little bread and herbs, some dried flowers and pine. Medium body. Just in time for sharp with carbonic acid. Creamy and slightly greasy in the mouth. Bitterness at the end and a little sticky surface.

The colour is brown (40 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is beige and compact, it sinks down t a thick lid leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is fresh and very hoppy with bitter notes of grapefruit, lemon peel and sweet caramel. There are some alcohol and paint, too.
The taste is bitter. Notes of brown bread, caramel and molasses, paint and solvents. Some citrus marmalade. Medium body. The aftertaste got harsh bitter notes of grapefruit peel, dried flowers and fruit-flavoured soda. Chalk and chloride in the finish.
The carbonation is strong and sharp; the mid-sized bubbles long-lived. The liquid is a bit sticky.
Not good.
