Pours a lightly hazed golden with two fingers of white head that settled fairly quickly.
Smells of citrus, lots of lime, orange, also getting a good dose of Citra(more so than most of the Swedish IPAs I've had).
Taste is bitter citrus, lime, orange pith, some guava. Getting a flavor that is common among most of the Swedish IPAs I've tried that I can't quite identify. Different breweries, different hop combos but it's there. Not a bad taste, just one I can't identify.
Medium body, lively carbonation.
Overall a decent representation of an American Pale Ale.

Very nice NE style Pale ale. Very fruity and floral all along. The malts bring a nice biscuit presence which balance the whole things out. It doesn't have a diacetyl character as many other NE style hoppy ales

From Zombier. In Teku glass. After dinner. The typical refreshing citrusyness of the amarillo hops stand out here with a nice carbonation, a bit effervescent but not bothering

Hazy bright yellow color with white head. Aroma is quite fruity with apricot and peach notes, also some elderflower. Taste follows with the stonefruits but also a light graininess, light bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's a really nice, refreshing pale ale.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a rather substantial head.

Smells of lemony citrus with a bitter aftertaste.

The taste is quite restrained. Mostly herbal notes and some (artificial) sweetness. The carbonation is also a little bit exaggerated.

I don't strongly dislike any individual aspect of this beer, but I feel there are multiple aspects of this that is just slightly off - and when combined, it results in a non-satisfactory taste-experience.

The colour is pale gold; the liquid almost clear. The two finger white head is airy; it sinks down to a thick lid leaving lots of lacing.

The smell is a bit unclean. Malty sweetness, some bitter herbs and lime peels, lemon juice and plastic.

The taste is somewhat yeasty with notable alcohol. Harsh mid-strong bitterness, floral and citric notes. Some dough and toffee. Medium body. The aftertaste got growing fruity sweetness, harsh notes of rhubarb and lime peel. The finish is sweet like orange squash with harsh bitterness.

The carbonation is strong; the mid-sized bubbles short-lived and sharp. The liquid is semi-smooth.

A below-average APA with some off-flavours.
