A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color with some amber hues and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left lots of wisps of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with a bit of funk.
T: Like the smell, the taste is very sour and has some hints of peaches (mostly in the finish).
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and rather tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is more sour than it is peachy, but makes for a good selection if you are looking for something that is sour and tart. The peaches just add a bit of complexity to the taste.
