On the nose notes of coriander, light citrus.
Reddish color, an amber rosé.
Lively but evanescent foam.
In the mouth classic drinkability typical of the style.
Predominant taste of coriander embellished with a delicious salty note.
Barely perceptible lactic note.

Bottle at Las Buenas Pulgas, served in a flute glass. Dark yellow color, small head with short retention. No lacing. Aroma of oranges and maybe some coriander. Medium body, creamy texture, flat carbonation. A bit rare finish. Taste isa bit salty, oranges, and coriander. Too simply, and not as salty as a Gose is supposed to be.

It pours a somewhat cloudy, copper body, with a tiny amount of visible carbonation and floaties. Small white head with some lacing.

It has an aroma of apricot, citrus and orange.

The taste is mostly dominated by citrus and salt, with notes of minerals. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, dry, crisp and slightly sour, with medium carbonation and little bitterness. The aftertaste is wheaty.

A refreshing gose.

Pours a slightly cloudy, deep, dark amber coloration with a medium, quickly dissipating, frothy head and some particulates on final pour. Smells of red berries and some mild and lightly sweet biscuity malt. Taste is quite tart, mildly acidic and rather salty, with notes of red berries, citrus fruit and just a hint of biscuity malt and coriander as well. Finishes tart and briny, with some red berries lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

A very nice, understated Gose, but not all that classic in my opinion because both the maltiness and saltiness are higher than what you would expect from a classic Leipzig Gose. I've certainly never seen this amount of particulates in a Gose ever either.

330mL bottle I got from a rep. Poured into a tulip glass at approx. 16-18°C (Little warm for a sour, I know, but I prefer my beers a little warmer so as not to miss flavors)

Look: Surprisingly dark for a gose, hazy amber in colour, loose head that dissipated fairly quickly and left no lacing. Fine carbonation.

Smell: Definitely some rich toffee notes underneath citrusy acid a bit of tropical fruit. Different from many gose's I've had. Interesting and a nice departure.

Taste: Quite a bit of salt present, making biscuit and toffee flavors stand out strongly against the bright tartness and lemon. Again, different but pleasant.

Feel: Thicker than your average gose. Higher alcohol content and darker malt profile gives it a bit more substance. Pleasant briny tingling along the sides of the tongue and cheeks.

Overall: Good variation of my favourite sour style. Love the amount of salt. 3.5/5

Slightly hazy dark golden color with a bit of white head. Aroma is somehow salty sweet with some nice caramel malt and generic fruitiness. Taste follows salty, like a briney salad dressing, tart but not too intense. Light body, low carbonation. Overall it's a decent gose but a bit too briney for my taste.
