A banging Imperial stout brewed with coconut and a Caturra coffee from Costa Rica.
Taste: Creamy, dessert-like coconut followed by a rush of Turkish coffee - earthy, tarry, balanced by the taste of plums and blackberry. As the beer warms, chocolate notes start to shine, with hints of caramelised sugar layering on top of the roasted coffee. Finally, the oiliness of the coconut and the smooth coffee crash down the tongue, lingering and leaving their seductive taste until the inevitable next sip.
Appearance: Pitch black with a lingering, short brown head.
Nose: Decadent, burnt coconut notes, with espresso liqueur. Chocolate and sweet malts, with a port wine, raisin like character.
Malts: Pilsner Zero, Munich malt, Special B, Crystal 300, Crystal 150, Crystal 200, Carafa type 2 special, Chocolate malt, Chocolate Rye, Oats
Hops: Magnum, HBC472, Toasted coconut flakes, Costa Rican coffee
OG 32.5° ; FG 10° ; IBU 60
Serve 12–16˚C

Dark black with minimal brown head. Nose with hints of chocolate, vanilla and coconut. Taste shines on this with a great balance of the stout base and coconut with a big body. The coffee really pulls it all together nicely. Love it! Will seek more from this brewery

This is a solid offering from a brewery I've never even heard of before. The stout malt is nice and roasty, almost smoky. The coffee is mild and so is the coconut. The flavors aren't very bold however. A very mild stout, which would be fine, if it was around 7% ABV. But this being 12.5% and still not packing enough of a flavor impact is a little strange to me. The mouthfeel also feels a touch lifeless to me. Its just a little thin and watery but also doesn't have the mild carbonation of lower % stout that would make it otherwise vibrant. Its a high percenter that acts like a low percent which is not really my thing. I like the barrel choices that they have and I have another bottle of a Port and Olorosso aged stout that sounds intruiging. I hope that is executed better.

Excellent stout. Malt is slightly sweet from the coconut. Coffee is subtle, but present. It’s a full bodied creamy flavor. A bit hot alcohol bite at the fore. Pleasant lingering flavors of maybe molasses and leather. Expensive bottle at )12, but very well done.

Thick stout that does exactly what it says on the tin. Coconut has a lot more smell than taste. Thick enough with a nice smoothness. Well done and definitely have again

Poured at 57°. Black body; creamy tan head with rocs; very good cap retention; soapy lacing; medium plus thick legs. Coconut nose if you search for it; a whiff of roast coffee. Faded coffee, roast malt, mild coconut; semi sweet caramel and toffee base. Smooth feel; medium heavy body; no warmth from 12.5% abv; light carbonation. Overall, tastes ok but the coffee and coconut have definitely faded; for the price, don’t bother.

Beer #2750 is a winner. Looks like a turbid brown liquid on the dark pour, sits opaque in the glass with a thin dark cocoa ring of film. Incredible nose and palate on this one, the coconut is exquisite and near perfect, strong and sweet and confectionary without being cloying, with a sharp grain profile and lots of chocolatey vanilla notes as well, fudgy for sure. Smooth body, not quite full bodied but it is viscous, touch of booze that’s warms you up more and more, lots of milk chocolate arrives as it does. This one’s fun.

De Labirratorium. En Leo Deluxe Punta Umbría. En copa shaker. Elaborando temarios para opos. Toque a coco sutil, sin quitar protagonismo al café y ayudando a que resulte facilísima de beber a pesar de su elevado abv

I haven’t tasted a craft beer from Estonia.
It’s best to follow the Brewer’s suggestion of serving the beer at least 53°. That’s when the aroma and the taste start to come out: deep rich coffee and heavy roasted malt. Excellent beer.

Think Sam Smith Imperial Stout with booze added and with a bit less tang. Mine went in the fridge and came out after an hour seemingly about where they want it to be - 54-60 degrees. I usually drink my imperials after a short stint in the freezer but I took their advice.
Off-black hint of purple color. Sweet, but boozy.. pretty tight up to what you'd expect. Reminds me of Baltic porters I've had in the past, definitely a reminder that Northern Europe does these like no other.
Too drinkable, little head (as expected). Smells like a winter night at a northern town brewery.
I think my big criticism is it is kind of as good as you can get for the style. It doesn't deviate from the norm. If you want the Dak Prescott of its style, its right on. If you want Kurt Warner, it will satisfy you but not defy you.
6 random-ass bottles appeared at the deep-cut kitchen store down the road, I'll be taking the rest if I can get them.

Couldn't decide what the Weird tart flavor was until I read the description on here, it's definitely an under ripe blackberry type vibe ... Finishes very sweet , not even a hint of alcohol comes thru.

From the 330ml bottle in a snifter. This exceptional brew pours a rich
obsidian with a modest head of brown foam that settles to a thin ring with
light lacing and nice legs on a swirl. Nose of deeply roasted coconut, char,
brulee, espresso, dark cocoa, vanilla, and layered dark fruits. Flavors crank it
up to 11 with char laden coconut, dark cocoa, espresso, brulee, dark fruits
of black, blue, and raspberry, vinous port wine, leather, and tobacco. Mouthfeel
is full, slick, coating, warming, light carbonation, and a rich warming bitter malt
finish.
Overall----a WOW brew from a new to me brewery!
Cheers

Pour is jet black with a deep cinnamon head
Nose is coconut and vanilla
Taste is coconut, vanilla, bittersweet dark chocolate, roasted malt, hint of alcohol. Dark fruits, plum, raisin. Coffee becomes more evident as the beer warms. A lot of coconut over what is an already very malt forward (sweet) beer. Definitely a slow sipper.
Thick, creamy body.
