Pours a hazed amber with plenty of effervescence with a pinky of pearl colored head. Never clears, nice head retention not much lacing
S: Sourness, white grape & apricot up front.
T: Follows the nose, plenty of Chardonnay with accompanying oaky dryness. Apricot, twangy sourness & white grapes once warm.. Finishes dry, oaky, with grape, apricot, a little Brett & a wisp of boozey cantaloupe
MF: Light/medium body, lively carbonation, warming
A must buy, if you cross its path, these guys have just picked their game up another notch! Super drinkability

Beer #300 (at least on BA). Poured into a sniffer. Pours a well carbonated, hazy gold color with a one finger head that settles into a thin layer of lacing. Nose of apricot, grapes, and minimal funk. Weak aroma with less acid and sour than other wild ales. Taste is stellar. Apricots, green grapes, some barely sour yeast, and subtle oak before a dry, chardonnay influenced finish. There are definitely layers with the chardonnay barrel aging, farmhouse yeast, and sweetish fruits. High carbonation and medium body with no aftertastes or booze sneaking through.
Awesome beer. They stopped before it got too wine-like. I've had the Ferme and this is a major step up. They could've overdone this and turned it into a white wine/beer hybrid, but the farmhouse feel hasn't been stripped away by the apricots or barrel.
