Released 10/2/18; drank 10/10/18 @ the Yarchives.

Opaque orange/yellow appearance.

A rough pour yielded a huge bright white head; strong, frothy lace.

Grapefruit, pine & mild table sugar & faint dry grass notes in the nose.

Medium thick, sticky mouthfeel.

Grapefruit & table sugar flavors up front; bitter pine note son the finish.

Sure, it looks "hazy", but this is old model, brutal IPA ass-backwardsness. Permanent pass.

Forgot to rate in the past. Cloudy pour with plenty of foam. High level of carbonation, but this brings out the fruit flavors: pineapple, orange, grapefruit, papaya, lime and melon. Nice hazey body

Tried on tap. Cloudy and beige, slightly bitter sweet with citrus notes.

22 ounce bottle into a snifter. Batch #3, maybe 3-4 weeks old when I had it on 12/25/16.

Pours an apricot color, cloudy, with a short head and some spotty lacing. The smell is lots of citrus- tangerine, lime, lemon, orange. Also resiny, with a light dankness, light malt, yeast. The taste shifts to a citrus and pine, or resiny balance, with the citrus showing tangerine, orange, lime, some mango. Light malt, less dank than the nose. Smooth, refreshing, a little dry for the style, a good body, well carbonated.

Bright citrus and resin, a great aroma, very good flavor. Enjoyable to drink. Certainly worth a purchase.

Juicy lower ABV IPA. Fairly good.

Batch 4, poured into a Pipeworks NvU snifter. Hazy/cloudy gold with mild orange hues and mild lacing and moderate particulate activities. Rather strong dank citrusy smell. Taste is the same as the smell, just lighter. Rather light feeling to it, but a tasty and enjoyable beer.

Review of Batch 4
L: Solid thick foamy head that stays on the glass. Hazy with the classic unfiltered look with hues of pale orange.
S: Orange, pineapple and mango. Wish the smell was a bit more pungent.
T: Nice upfront flavor. Orange and pineapple. Large flavor fall off as soon as it swallowed. Does have a slight follow through that is reminiscent of the pith of an orange (white part leftover after you peel an orange), not as bitter as a rind but not as sweet as the orange itself.
F: Thin, sticky and slightly resinous. Light mouth feel. Might be better for a really hot summer day when a traditional IPA might be too heavy.
O: Decent beer, glad I tried it. Would like it more if the flavor had more follow through.
