Bursting with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops, our IPA packs a punch of tropical hop goodness in a glass. Even at 7.0% ABV, Fresh Pick is extremely drinkable and refreshing.

My go to IPA. Great flavors, very fruity, crisp but not dry. Very drinkable and smooth. Cheap, a 6 pack is $9. Always fresh, it seems like they have a hard time keeping it in stock sometimes.

Great NE style IPA for the price! One of my favorites! For the price one of the best! Refreshing kinda hoppy with mixed fruit notes just a good inexpensive beer (compared to Trillium or Treehouse)

As a college student with a taste for more than just AAL's it's tough to find a cheap IPA, let alone a cheap decent one. This beer is excellent especially with its price point and has a great earthy, tropical flavor which goes down smooth and has great drinkability.

This is one of my favorite go-to New England IPA's. It is such a smooth, extremely drinkable and delicious NE IPA that in my opinion rivals the best of the Tree House or Trillium regular IPA's. Sort of like Julius but much more affordable. I love that these come in 12 oz cans as 6 packs vs 4 packs and only cost about $10.

What I like about Fresh Pick is drink-ability.... what I don't like is no date because some I've bought have floaties or separation. Man it tastes clean... like spring water...

Had on tap at .
Poured a fluffy creamy head that broke down slowly. Bellini like orange. Very nice lacing. As head broke down carbonation bubbles were larger than I had hoped. Suggested a brighter higher carbonated beer.
Nose was fragrant and spot on citrus and dank. Well rounded and inviting.
Loved the taste. Again lots of citrus and nicely merged resin dankness. Too often these can pull apart or compete. Here they are well merged and complimentary.
Smoother than I had anticipated from pour but still a bit high on carbonation for my presence. More refreshing than a sipper. Then again. Different strokes. Someone else might love this.
All in all an very good tasting and looking beer. Very impressed, and happy I had chance to try it. Kudos!

This is better than a lot of things you will hear about out there. Fruity, but ends in a nice hoppy bittering note that begs for another sip. I'm not gonna bullshit saying it tastes like lemon sorbet and mango, it is very very nice and super affordable. That sorbet... creaminess is present as it warms up. Medium haze, but lighter on it's feet than most high ABV NEIPA's. Everytime i go to the packie and buy $4 craft NEIPA's this beats most of them by a mile and it's $10 for a sixer or $1.70 as a single. Don't miss this.

No dating on the 12oz can, I have yet to see anything from Fort Hill dated, bummer.

Pours a hazy pale orange with light particulate and one finger of dense white head. Fruity and floral nose; notes of mango, stone fruit, wet earth, wild florals, a little bit a grass, garden herbs, pink grapefruit and a lightly spicy malt. Taste follows the nose, with an enhanced focus on the earthiness, tropicals and herbaceousness. I also get a little bit of guava, dankness and chalkiness at the end of the sip. Slightly chalky medium body, no detectable alcohol presence. Another hit from Fort Hill! I'm always on the lookout for Fresh Pick but it sells out super fast locally, way faster than Jigsaw Jazz. Whenever I see this around, I'll definitely be picking it up again, especially at its $9 a 6 pack price point.

A very enjoyable session IPA. Great in the 12oz cans and on a hot day. Has a juicy hop presence, but in small ABV package. Could liken it to a happier Eureka from TH. Liked this

12 oz can, no date. Pours a hazy golden orange. Smell is citrus, stone, and tropical fruits. Flavor follows with fruity hops dominating and a lightly bitter aftertaste. Overall I like this IPA a lot. A lot of good flavor, but a bit rough around the edges.

Picked-up a case of cans at Kappy's in Norwell for thirty three dollars. Have had one brew from these guys before. This brew is fantastic, would buy again.

Pours a cloudy nice bright orange cold color with a 3 finger foamy white head

Aroma is very fresh (as the name suggests) with sweet pineapple and maybe mango notes with a touch of grassiness.

The flavor is fairly strong of pleasant, sweet tropical notes with a bit of a bitter rind edge to it. Very nice touch. Malt is low so it is all hop flavor coping through.

Feel is soft, maybe a little creamy. Bitterness is low despite the rind flavor that lingers.

This is a really tasty beer that is clean tasting and very refreshing. It deserves the high marks IMO.

Hazy pour from the can, smooth head. Almost opaque. Lovely aroma of citrus. Smooth, almost sweet, hops at the "edges" of the taste, especially aftertaste. Full mouth feel, with right touch of carbonation. Bought by chance (looking for Hera Pils), surprise blessing.

Really nice clarity although this beer is a hazy one. Frothy white head of 1 finger. Solid.

Aromas of grapefruit. Then candied orange slices. Fruity pebbles. Some light herbal aromas.

Nice splash of juicy fruits coming full force - guava, pineapple, banana, orange...with a nice bitterness just slightly before it, and tailing off on lemons and gummy bear.

Feel is creamy, with a slight starch and a medium carbonation.

Really good IPA that pretty much anybody who likes them should try. A very unsuspecting beer that turned out to be a force of nature. I feel like I should be giving this beer higher marks. Massachusetts makes the best IPA's in the world.

12oz undated can.

Pours cloudy gold with a massive head of white. Nice retention and plenty of lacing. Grapefruit and peach in the nose with a hint of pear. Medium bodied with a crisp and creamy mouthfeel. Ripe citrus on the palate with a fairly substantial bitterness and zero malt. Grapefruit, peach, and cut grass. Finishes very dry with plenty of spicy, fruity hops.

Great beer in a six pack can be done.

Pours hazy, pale god in color with one inch head. Taste is lemon, grassy hops, and light tangerine. Light bodied, citrusy, medium-high carbonation, slightly bitter. Makes for tasty, citrusy, light ale. I prefer Jigsaw Jazz but like what Fort Hill is doing. Great value beer.

Another "great buy" from Fort Hill. Kudos again for meeting BA standards. These are the beers that can maybe turn some of the "weekend BL thirty pack" beer drinkers. Come on Drink something with taste!

Picked a can up of this at Julio's.

A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice hazy golden hue with a two finger head that faded slowly to leave a creamy one finger blanket.

S - Aromas of orange peel, juice, light pineapple, some grassy and floral notes. The mosaic though does bring an herbal/earthy/dank pine finish that I think clashes with the rest though.

T - Taste is similar to the nose. Rather floral and grassy forward, not getting any tropical notes. Very little citrus sadly. There is a decent amount earthy pine notes. Thankfully the herbal flavour is super light.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, alcohol hidden well.

O - Overall this was a solid IPA. Not sure of the age on it (thanks for not dating anything, awesome) but the mosaic did clash somewhat with the rest. Overall it was enjoyable.

Outstanding IPA! Absolutely bursting with bright, fruity hop goodness. Lots of juicy citrus with hints of sweet peach and tropical fruit. Scant malt balance and low bitterness put this right in my IPA sweet spot.

Had previously tried the Jigsaw which I liked quite a bit and Farmers - was ok, very thin. I mistakenly bought instead of this. This beer is fantastic! (in my humble opinion) Pours a nice, hazy Candlelight orange (saw that on a color pallet chart) with cloud-like fluffy head. Smell is all citrus and peach, really got the flavor jets going. Taste is just about what the smell implied. Slightest bit of grassiness in the background. One of the most drinkable beers I've had in quite a while. And for $10 a six it's a bargain!

Juicy and very dank! Was drinking one out of the can with a few people outdoors when they smelled something they weren't used to and said "What is that smell? Is that your beer?!" A very good full flavored hoppy ale IMO.

so, if could spent $5 on a pint of xxxx juicy hill st. IPA or you could spent $10 on a 6-pack of this, you could do a blind taste test and you would be hard pressed to choose the beer that is over 4x the price. Thank you Fort Hill.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a lasting little bit of white foamy head that receded at a gentle pace. Some messy sliding lace. The aroma had some fresh piney and citrusy hop bitterness qualities punching a little bit of a light tropical fruit sweetness. Mild grassiness. The flavor was somewhat sweet but leading into the bitterness gently. Light aftertaste of citrusy to piney hops. Finish was abrupt and bitter. The palate was almost medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation and ABV both felt fine. Decent bitterness grip along my tongue, acceptable. Overall, pretty good AIPA that I could come back to.

extra from a recent trade...what a pleasant treat! although this doesn't hang in the NE ipa category aside from geographical location, it still holds some solid qualities and is a damn fine beverage. old sKool ipa...w new school feel/body. nice tropical flavor but still loght and fluffy. some lagerness on the backend. solid.
