From 64oz growler to chalice, courtesy of one of the parents whose kid is on the travel soccer team I coach.
Pour is a gorgeous unfiltered apple juicy with good carbonation (growler is 10 days old)
After a run of hoppy juice bombs, this malt forward is a nice change of pace.
Starts really nice, but there's something medicinal lingering
Pretty good IPA, worth a stop into the brewpub in Hanover!

on tap at the brewpub today.
13oz pour, hazy reddish brown body, good off white head, nice lacing.
not getting much on the nose, mostly sweet malt.
beer is advertised with a strong malt body, and that's what you get on taste. this obscures the alcohol, which is nice. hops seem basically an afterthought in the finish.
mouth is a solid medium.
overall, if you enjoy malt forward dipa's and not hop bombs, you're going to like this one. would have preferred a bit more in the hops department myself, but this is still a good beer.

Great imperial IPA. High alcohol is greatly subdued by a balanced malt bill and a hop forward, dank character. Great head retention and aroma. Great beer.
