A chilled 16 ounce can of Logical Conclusion IPA was poured into a glass in mid-August of 2019. It looks like a typical modern tropical IPA: pale, cloudy body under a white foam head. It has the tropical hop aroma. The flavor follows the pattern also. It lacks a hop bitter backbone (I downgrade because of this). The brew seems to leave an astringent aftertaste that doesn't invite another sip.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a good sized lathery foam head. It displays good retention and lacing.
The aroma emits fruity notes of peach, citrus and berries. Herbal aromas evoke sweet grass and floral notes. The malt aroma is bready.
The taste is fruity and juicy with flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, light lemon, peach and a touch of berries. This interacts nicely with grassy and floral hops flavors. There is some mild bitterness in the finish and a bready malt backbone.
Medium bodied with a frothy and semi soft mouthfeel. The carbonation is smooth and gentle. The finish is nice and dry with notes of citrus and a mild bitterness.
Solid NEIPA that is easy to drink and refreshing.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a custom tasting pint; packaged on 06/20/19.
A: Pours a quite hazy yellow to golden color (much like white grapefruit juice but a bit more yellow) with a one to two finger head, a solid cap of retention, and spongy rings of lacing.
S: Fruity. Pink grapefruit and tangerine give way to more white grapefruit, lime, coriander, and pine, as it warms.
T: Semidry to dry. Not terribly fruity on the palate as flavors lean more toward white grapefruit pith and rind, maybe a touch of lime, coriander and white pepper. Solid, actually somewhat strong bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate to strong effervescence.
O: I have never had a beer from Threes Brewing, but became interested in them because I saw them on "Brewed in New York," so I picked this up. I have been to Industrial Arts in Garnersville, NY and found Logical Conclusion remarkably similar to Wrench, which I have had several times and which is a great brew. I note that the Logical Conclusion label says "Brewed & Packaged by Threes Brewing at Industrial Arts, 55 W Railroad Ave, Garnerville." Is this a collaboration or just a remarkable coincidence?

This is a solid and refreshing hazy IPA. Tons of grapefruit aroma and flavor, a bit more bitterness than you find in a lot of NEIPAs these days (nice, actually). I could see knocking back a couple of these any day of the week. Very tasty.

A: A hazy lemonade exit from the can is a dense lemon peel-orange color in the vessel accompanied by a two finger sudsy, foam white head. Very quick paced carbonation. Really nice dense and hazy appearance.

S: Citrusy grapefruit twang with some sour fruitiness. Freshly sliced lemons with a bit of trialing grapefruit juice mention. Moderately strong awareness.

T: Lemon-grapefruit flavor with some fruity notes of honeydew, pear juice, and apricot yeastiness. Sticky citrus fruit hops of peaches and pineapple-orange. Good deal of bitterness, spicy hops, with a twangy tropical citrus finale.

M: Creamy soft mouthful, medium full, sticky juiciness.

O: Good overall carbonation. Finishes light off the tongue. A solid good hazy by appearance ipa with pronounced citrusy-grapefruit flavor. Creamy soft body, really easy to down and worthy being my only logical conclusion.
