This is a review of the 333 Douglass St location.

I visited several times over the spring/summer of 2021, as things were starting to open back up in NYC.

Huge space. Perhaps too big in the early days of climbing out of the pandemic, when the clientele was not voluminous enough to fill it (especially inside). Big bar with few people is a bit of a somber feel. That's not their fault though. The outdoor seating area is a great. A little oasis in the city, etc.

Tons of Threes beers on at any given time. List changes frequently. Very well selected guest taps, including luminaries like Hill Farmstead, BFM, etc. Nice to have a Hill Farmstead Mary to compare to Threes excellent pils!

Service has always been good. Attentive bartenders, snappy food runners, etc.

I understand why the food ordering and beer ordering has to be separate, per the law, and it's really not that inconvenient. Though the first time I went there, I didn't have my preferred card loaded into the food payment site and that card was behind the bar establishing my drinks tab, so I had to use another. Mild annoyance, easily remembered the next time.

Great beer, great burgers and fries, huge venue. Good stuff.

Interesting spot that seems to 'keep going' once you enter. Initially, it's easy to miss. The front room opens up to a dimly lit bar (even mid-day) with a long bar the length of the room and 2/4 tops along the back wall. Setting is industrial, with what looks like rusted carbon steel shelves welded together to display a large liquor selection with OCD preparation on the shelves. Staff is friendly and attentive, although it is early on a quiet week day. Outback is a good sized space full of open setting bench tables, 2/4 tops and a row of booths akin to what you might see people playing chess in somewhere in Central Park in the movies. There is lots of greenery out back. Selection spans the full gamat of styles despite being mostly house-made, with a few guest taps.

High quality spot to visit on the outskirts of Park Slope, BKLYN.

Two levels, order your food downstairs, bar and out side area as well. Up stairs is the beer to go, drafts to stay, a separate coffee shop and a performance space...a lot going on here and its all comfortable, inviting, low key and well worth checking out and staying for a while. The food is created at an outpost of a local butcher, think high quality burgers and spice nashville chicken sand wedges...yum

Main bar has several Three's beers on tap as well as several guests from the local area.

Great spot for food, beer, and hanging out...go and enjoy this worthy destination.

Came here after deciding to not fight my way in at Other Half. Threes was way more laid back and calm.

When you enter there is some seating and the food ordering... hut, I guess. Beyond that lies the bar with a good bit of seating as well. Long bar with lots of bottles and fun stuff behind to look at. Laid back vibe and not very loud.

Beer selection was good, with about 12 taps if I recall correctly. Good variety as well, with some fun and experimental beers. The beers I tried were all very solid, well made and interesting. Service was very good, attentive but casual.

Overall,a really cool place with good beer and the food smelled very nice.

this place is so fantastic, we had a blast here, incredible beers from top to bottom, and a very cool and relaxed place to hang out. we sat in the bar area in a cozy corner of the place, but it looked quite spacious. lots of people in and out while we were here, but never had a hard time getting beers from the bar. they had a great list, barrel aged baltic porter (which was amazing), funky belgian and wild styles, hoppy stuff too, they cover all the bases, and every drop of beer i had in here i loved. i wish we ate here, but we had already eaten when we arrived, next time for sure though. the beers were incredible, and even though the place as busy, it wasnt too loud for mellow conversation, which is the best way to enjoy beer in my opinion. my favorite i think was the baltic porter, but the table beer and the funky ones were also fantastic. next time i am in the city, i will be making a point to come back here and drink a little deeper into their list. some of the best beers we encountered on our trip, easily worth the hype that exists out there about the beers...

Really solid place with good music and seating outside during the summer. Lots of beers on tap and a great place to hang out. They also offer three Floyd and other guest beers.

This brewery is unique from some of the other micro breweries who pump out IPA after IPA. I definitely prefer my IPA's, but this brewery offers some unique beers such as the Short Fuze, which I find very enjoyable for a Lager. All in all a very good brewery

Atmosphere and hipness are right on. (Too noisy for me except in the booths near the front (Douglass St).) Self-service so hard to fault. Busy, but practical. I'd visit often to discover craft in rotation and for special events. I'll visit 1x a month for sure.

An interesting spot - retro industrial sort of feel with a coffee shop in the very front, then a food area, and a bar in the back as well as some tables. There was music playing at a reasonable volume which still allowed conversation to be carried on easily.

Beers were well poured into proper glassware at a good temperature and with a reasonable amount of head. Beers were offered in multiple sizes as well.

Our waitress/server was very attentive as well as knowledgeable about the beers. She was polite and quite helpful, pointing out a couple of specials and more rare beers and taking good care of our party which kept getting larger through the afternoon.

There were a number of different styles and strengths of beers available from Threes as well as a handful of other NYC beers on draft.

We did have the opportunity to try the food on our visit and it was quite good - we had some burgers, spicy fried chicken sandwiches, fries, and spicy duck-fat nuts. From my understanding, different local restaurants/chefs take turns in residence providing food and the menu changes frequently.

This is a great spot. A ten minute walk from Barclays with an awesome vibe and great beer.

Service was spectacular and the beer selection was awesome with house made beers and guests selections from excellent breweries (Suarez and Alchemist to name a few).

A small brewery with a few selections. The best part of the visit was purchasing beers from other local breweries that they had stocked in their refrigerator
