600ml bottle from the Richmond & Fanshawe LCBO. Part of the 2011 Noerrebro Brewery Feature Release. Pours a clear amber hue with bubbly carbonation in the body, one finger of white foam, and a few strands of lacing on the tulip. Smell is caramel, marmalade (big time), toasty malts, orange peel, faint esters, and jujube candy. I also get the smallest trace of cooked corn (weird?). Taste follows the nose with slightly sweet pale malts upfront, clean and fruity citrus flavours mid-palate, flash of toffee with some earthy hop tang and a subtle, lemony bitterness to end. Mouthfeel is smooth, medium-bodied, lush caramel texture on the tongue, crisp and drying finish, fleeting aftertaste. A well-rounded, satisfying and balanced English Ale, though more of a pale ale than an EIPA to me.

Several pints from tap at Restaurant in Hornbæk/Denmark. Extremely pleasant, nice rich flavors with herbal hop notes, just small amount of fruitiness. Very soft, smooth, easy drinking. Little haze, very stable foam with good amount of lacing. Absolutely loved it.

A 400ml bottle with a BB of July 2018. Acquired a little while back from a webshop. The label doesn't give much away due to being in Danish, however this appears to be an IPA brewed with organic ingredients.
A: Poured into an IPA glass. Bottle conditioned. A rich marmalade-orange hue with fine floating sediment and good carbonation. Produces a huge head of creamy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before slowly reducing to a patchy surface layer.
S: Aroma of pine resin with hints of weed, herbs, caramel malt, mild barley sugar, earthy yeast and stewed hops. Decent, though the hop character could be more intense.
T: Tastes of bitter resinous hops with notes of pine, dank weed, citrus peel, herbs, caramel malt, barley sugar, earthy yeast and stewed hops. Slightly sweet, followed by a powerful hop-driven bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth and tingly, with spritzy carbonation and good body. Hop oils stimulate the palate. Aftertaste of bitter aromatic hops, pine resin, weed, peel, caramel malt and earthy yeast.
O: Pretty good - a solid American-style IPA. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are a satisfying blend of bitter hops, caramel malt and yeast. Nice body. The hop aroma could be a shade more pronounced - perhaps it has faded a little. That said, this is very drinkable. Hop lovers will enjoy; give it a try if you come across it.

From bottle, Deep gold with off white head. Malt aromas to begin followed by citrus hops and stone fruit. Citrus and pine flavours dominate, there is a strong bread malt and caramel note. Not too bad.

Real nice fluffy off white in color to tan head, three fingers tall nicely with a good thick fingered cap. Nice opaque amber orange to copper red body color. Very clear, with minimal carbonation. Good solid looking brew.
Great nose. Slight toasty aromas, minor cookie biscuit and caramel sweetness with a nice fruity hop sense. Gingerbread like sweetness too, real nice aroma here, very impressed.
Palate sings nicely and simply. Biscuit and brown cookie dough, with real nice touches of tangerine and herbal hop. Finishes clean with much of the bitterness in the mid palate and minimal aftertaste. Good malt depth and backbone, which coats the palate in every crevice.
Overall a real nice pale ale, with a good biscuity malt angle.

A: A light copper colored beer with good clarity and little head.
S: Lots and f English malt with caramel dominating backed by biscuit and toast. The is a moderate earthy hops aroma with a light orange aroma from the yeast.
T: The taste matches the noise with a decent hops balance and a fairly strong malt character. The balance is slightly towards the bitter. The hops are earthy with a. Slight floral hint. The fermentation adds some orange and slight citrus. The finish is off dry and the aftertaste is a moderately lingering bitterness.
M: medium full bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: a pretty good English IPA with a good malt hops balance. I wouldn't hunt this one down but if you can't find a big bitter American IPA this will do well.
