750ml swing top growler split 2 ways into snifters.
Appearance: Some tropical fruit hop aroma tinged with Galaxy dankness. Multifaceted Amarillo hop aroma, variety of tropical fruit notes. Galaxy coming through just as some citrusy pungency. Pretty strong grainy malt aroma, very inviting.
Taste: Very dry, high IBU (very high for the ABV)--very mouthfeel influenced flavor, and better for it. The dominating crispness is buouyed by a sharp, solid note of lime and tropical fruit hops. None of the cereal grain promised by the aroma, but the huge mouthfeel makes up for it, keeping the hop flavor in balance.
Mouthfeel: Star of the beer. Lightbodied, very crisp and dry, high bitterness. For some this might be too bitter for the "every day crushable" type beer, but it's perfect for me. Honestly probably perfect for most people these days.
Overall: More of an IPA than a "blonde ale" but who cares. This is an excellent hop head, all day type beer. Though I split the growler, I could easily have killed it myself and followed it up with another. My kind of hoppy beer; no crystal malt to speak of, awesome mouthfeel, hop flavor and aroma that stick around for the whole experience.
Very impressed by this new brewery. New England is really blowing up for fresh, well-crafted hoppy beer.

This was a nice, sessionable beer. Hoping for more from this brewery.
