This place rocks. It is a local, no frills, no hype, low key place to come and drink really good beer. The "Tap Room" is indoors with cool air for the hot Texas weather. It has a central long bar with bar stools that runs along one entire wall. It also has several tables, both standard and high top, and booths that run down one side. It has a foos ball table, a pool table, plus outside there is a ping pong table, bean bag toss, and large wooden jinga set up. There are several picnic tables out back and one large table for when the weather is nice. This is located in the heart of downtown Conroe and close to everything. They do not serve food here, but are perfectly okay with you bringing in whatever you like. I have dinner there almost every Friday night I am in town. They are okay if you bring your dog, but understand that any other time but Friday and Saturday, their corky "Winston" will be in the "Tap Room" and barks every time someone new walks in... but he does tricks for treats and does not bark long, especially if you show him some attention. There is an entrance and parking off Frazier, between EZ Auto and Speedy Inspections and an additional entrance and parking on Galveston Street. This place has three "flagship" beers: Bite Me - Blond Ale / Medusa - Belgian Dark Strong (Belgian Quad) / Striker - American IPA ... then they have other beers that come and go like: Black Venom - Imperial Stout / Kangaroo Killer - Pale Ale / Feeding Frenzy - Double Dry Hopped Double IPA / Lil' Wiston - Brown Ale to name just a few...

Excellent beer, cool people, and the cutest brew dog this side of Houston. Come in, grab a beer, pet the dog, and have a damn good time.
