I tried this on tap at the tasting room, served chilled in a glass.
The color is the appropriate golden with good clarity and white head with decent retention. The smell is mostly malt with some yeast esters that hint at mineral with light hop more in the spice realm.
the feel is decent with mild body and moderate carbonation subtle sweetness and semi- dry in the finish
The flavor has a dominant pilsner with gentle toasted quality and Germanic yeast adds to the flavor with some noble hop flavor that is spice-like with light sweetness to balance. This is a decent kolsch I would recommend it to those who are fans of the style.

Had this on 2015-08-20 at the brewery on tap.
A - Pretty clear gold with a 1-finger white head and mild lace
S - Rich, sweet bread, grape and nectarine flesh and some floral spice.
T - Lightly toasted bread with grape and orange jam then some spicy hop flavor and moderate bitterness. Finishes with some light pepper, the right amount of residual sweetness and a fair amount of bitterness; perhaps a bit more than normal for the style.
M - Medium body and carbonation. Chewy at first then dry. Very nice.
O - This is a well done beer that I quite enjoyed. The extra bitterness isn't excessive but lends a Blonde Ale aspect to this brew.
