16 ounce can into chalice, no can dating. Pours clear deep golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, orange, apricot, pear, apple, light banana/bubblegum, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange, apricot, pear, apple, light banana/bubblegum, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of earthy yeast spiciness and light herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange, apricot, pear, apple, light banana/bubblegum, pepper, clove, wheat, biscuit, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness, complexity, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from yeast spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/bready, and lightly crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good Belgian tripel style. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Appearance: It has a nice clear yellow/golden color to it. It has a nice white head that dies down moderately and leaves some lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitly give out hints of yeast, spices, fruity and citrusy notes and some grassy hops.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has a sweet fruity and malty taste to it with yeast, spice and light hops in the balance. Flavors could have been more intense.
Mouthfeel: It has a low/medium carbonation with a nice sweet overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with decent flavors and aromas.
