(Served in an American Pint Glass)
brewed in collaboration with BlueCat Brew Pub and a guy named "Zemo". This Feme Fatal of Farmhouse Ale is brewed with midnight wheat.

A- The jet black body is dense with a creamy lumpy light tan head that last for a good bit. The body is a bit too dense to see any carbonation.

S- The slight tartness has a faint smoke hint with no roasted notes except for a faint mellow dark hint in the finish when the beer is pretty warm.

T- The soft dark malt hint is very mellow with more of a faint smoke hint than dark malt and a yeasty slightly dry finish with a touch of tartness. The nice floral yeast character lingers a bit in the finish. There is a faint pumpkin taste that is not vegital or spiced and a touch of caramel malt comes through as the beer opens up.

M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a gentle fizz and no alcohol heat noticed.

O- Even though there is no dark roasted barley only midnight wheat, there is still a lot of subtle depth and it is very easy to drink but not what I expect from the look of it.
