Pours a clear amber with fine, soapy head.
Smell is malty and bready with a hint of rye and some floral hops.
Taste is sweet and malty, accented by some peppery rye. The bitterness is soft and mild, and the floral hops dance along in the background. Very balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and rich, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Märzen, soft and drinkable.
