First time I had this red ale a friend had brought over two 32oz crowlers from down south. I was super impressed by this Red, it was like drinking fruit punch from a 32oz can, some of the better hop complexities i've ever experienced right there with "fresh Squeezed" (when its fresh lol.)
It was such a fruity hop forward offering and I couldn't wait to try some more.

Had a few disappointing bottles that I think where stored incorrectly, but the offering straight from tap is quite the amazing Red Ale.

Beautiful coppery color. Very hoppy and quite bitter. Citrus tang and grapefruit peel bitterness. It really does taste of grapefruit. Lovely sudsy mouthfeel. Malty body and a kiss of sweetness. Really an interesting IPA with a big dose of hops.

tastes much more like a malty amber ale than a red IPA to me.
