A bit on the pricey side but service was good and the food was tasty. I'm not sure how fresh each of the 100+ taps are, but all the beers I tasted were great - despite some of them being served in heavy-duty goblets.

I had high hopes for the new Frisco location, as I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every experience at the Columbia location, but I was quite disappointed on my first trip.
The beer selection is amazing. There’s no doubt about that. Yes, they are expensive, as is Columbia, but I knew that going in. I’m also fine with the fact that I’m going to get that $9 IPA served in a shaker pint glass.
The breakdown occurred in service. Once my group was seated, it took a good while to be greeted by our server. The place was only moderately busy; the bar itself, which was in our view, had maybe two or three patrons. We ordered waters right from the start, but they didn’t come until a second request for them was made.
We ordered hummus as an appetizer. It was quite good, though our server took away the plate when our meals came before we were finished!
My wife and I ordered one of their daily pizza specials, which was an Italian sausage and peppers pizza. What we got was a regular cheese pizza with ground sausage and pepperoni. When we pointed out the mistake, our server took it back. When he came back, they had added some chopped peppers to the existing pizza. We ate it because we were hungry at that point and I couldn’t bear to go at it again, but it was definitely not the pizza we ordered. Also, I found adding ingredients to the top and not making a fresh pizza to be a bit lame.
We had ordered another round of drinks somewhere mid-meal, but they never came. When our server returned at the end of the meal, he said, oh right, your drinks, and we said, never mind, we’re done and ready to go. Seems unfathomable to me that a place that’s built on beer (100 taps!) isn’t on top of quenching your thirst for pricey alcoholic beverages.
Our server was generally friendly, but he seemed to be either overwhelmed or distracted. Again, the place was only moderately busy. Maybe a tick over half capacity.
The last kick in the pants, if you will, is that, when leaving, the two employees working at the greeting station were engrossed in their own conversation and didn’t even acknowledge us with a thank you or good evening.
The thing is, I’ve been to the Columbia location many times and have never been disappointed. The staff there is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I’m sure I’ll give Crofton another try, but it’s going to be some time before I do.

So disappointing. This is the only craft beer bar in the immediate area. Despite having 100+ taps I have stopped going here for the following reasons.
1: Despite having beers costing as much as $12.5 per 10 oz pour they don't post prices.
2: Beers costing over $1 per oz are served in these super thick and heavy goblets filled to the brim with no head. God forbid they lose some glassware.
3: The mark up on beer here appears to be same whether you buy a $5 pint or a $12 10 oz pour. This is a greedy practice and makes pricey beers rediculously expensive.
4: The menu is limited and the food is average at best. Very few non-greasy options.
5: 100 taps and no flights. Come on. Max's is way busier than this place will ever be and they manage to offer flights.
The postives are the unbelievable selection and generally friendly service. The front room is kid friendly. Some bar tenders here know their beer..... and also know that their glassware is b.s. Prices are holding this place back, Crofton is a craft beer desert and this place isn't that busy.

Nice place with a great selection of beer. Staff had an average knowledge of beer. The pull pork sandwich was very good with a little spice kick to it. I wish the HH was better than just a dollar off thou. Would definetly go back.

I was here for the Bourbon County Black Friday release (11/28).
They have a long bar with 100 taps of quality craft beer behind it with a spacious dining area. The beer list of 100 beers is on big screens on either side of the room but not very visible from the bar area. I used http://www.friscotaphouse.com/beer/crofton/ instead on my smart phone for beer selection. The bartender was knowledge about what was on tap also. The food was good as well. Only downside is the beer prices are a little on the high side and they don't have an option to do a flight of samplers.
