Now in six pack! This ale is light and crisp, yet retains the body and character of a microbrew.

bottle in a tall glass
A: Beautiful Gold with a nice white head and some lacing.
S: Some malts and light fruits. nothing of hops to speak of.
T: Lightly sweet of malt with no hops, or at least none that jump out. good aftertaste, no bitters. very smooth. Distracting carbonation.
M: Light body, that is smooth but disrupted by an overabundance of fine carbonation.
D: Carbonation is a huge turnoff. Ruins the drinkability for me.

Can: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light wheat notes. Taste is a mix of light wheat malt notes with some cereal and light residual sugar notes.Body is about average with good carbonation. OK wheat ale but probably not seeking this one again.

Nucleated Pilsner
Look: Golden color which is slightly hazy. Head was about one finger and white. Dissipated into a ring with small wisps.
Smell: Citrusy, light and a hint of hops. Light bit of malt too.
Taste: Bright and citrusy at the start, hit of the hops comes in and then the malt. The finish is sweet, lightly tangy almost and leaves a a lot of malt and wheat.
Feel: Gently Carbonated, smooth.

I brought a bottle of this beer back home from our vacation to Bangor and Bar Harbor. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had faint floral hop. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with floral hop presence and subtle white grape highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Foggy chill haze light amber with a fuzzy, bubbly khaki foam that quickly recedes to nothing but a thin ring.
Smell is golden toasty malt with floral hops and minimal hints of corn and grape.
Taste is semi-sweet toast and grass with floral hops, corn and wheat.
Crisp light body, light carbonation, semi-dry finish.

The appearance had a golden brown colored body with a one finger small white head that died within five seconds, no lacing was seen. Carbonation was seen slowly rising in columns. The smell had some grains at the center with floral grassy notes slightly in the background. The taste was balanced between the floral grassy notes and the grains. Some corn comes out, but nothing offensive. It also slightly sweetens a bit as the beer warms. On the palate, it sat about a light with some carbonation making itself known, yet it wasn’t overbearing. It was pretty drinkable, but the ABV is unknown, so not sure what to say other than sessionable by mouthfeel. Overall, this is not a bad summer beer. I think I would have this again depending upon the circumstances.
