Pours a basic lager color, to me smells like a Euro lager, leaves slight lacing on the glass, better than most lagers but nothing special. I give points for not selling to the big boys.

I don't find this beer to be a particularly good lager. It has been around for awhile and that is about all you can say about it.

I like skunky beer. It's almost like Stella or Heineken. The only negative thing I havery to say is the aftertaste isn't fabulous. But overall a great brew!

served this from a bottle, poured into a tulip glasslook: straw yellow brilliantly clear, lackluster head that doesn't stay long, some lacing. smell:. not much going on, a little bit of biscuit, and some cheesy hop aroma which dissipates quickly. Taste is above average for a macro lager, I enjoy it more than your typical BMC swill, well balanced, hint of adjunct grains, bit of hop flavour, might even be a grade above warrior hops. This is a refreshing beer with a bit more flavour than BMC. mouthfeel is typical macro lager, thin and fizzy. Overall, is it as good as a craft beer,.. nope. is it better than bud lite... yep. This is my goto lager, it is a good balance of quality vs price, and a IPA or stout doesn't taste right after mowing the lawn

Bright pale straw color with moderate activity. Slightly frothy and foamy white 3 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with good amounts of legs. Flavors of sweet grains, corn syrup, barley, lemon, light caramel, floral spices. Cereal feel, slightly syrupy, lots of sugars with mild sharpness. Slick medium body with prickly carbonation. Light finish, the malts are heavily sugary on the tongue, with lingering soft leafy spices and a hint of skunk from probable noble spices. Feels a bit adjunct, but way less than most macro brands. Missing some sharpness but it's more of a tender sugary lager that doesn't have strong bitterness. The freshness is pretty good and although the flavors are a bit faint, they are not off and unpleasant. Overall average quality craft, good drinkability for a macro lager.

When you get a pour that looks like a light beer but isn't marketed as such. . .

Light feint yellow pour, super thin. Mild skunk aroma, could be all in my head as it comes in a green bottle.

Lots of carbonation, prickly noble hops paired with it, very light body. Some bitterness. Nothing offensive, just tastes like a mix of AAL and Euro Skunk lager. Price is high for what you get, being that it is SNPA level pricing.

I am not a lager fan. I am into craft beer, double IPAs, barletwine ales, the other side of the beer spectrum. I will drink lagers away from home. Moosehead a Singha are my two favorites. It is tart with a lot of sub-flavors, almost unheard-of in a lager. Just a very well-made lager.

Pretty standard looking for a lager but whit a nice golden color. Lots of carbonation small head.

Not a bad smell, lots of cereals and a little bit of caramel.

Crisp and refreshing taste, lots of cereals in the mouth. Pretty smooth too.

Overall it's a pretty decent lager for what it is.

The classic skunky smelling beer, but it tastes just fine.

Pours a golden body with a decent bit of creamy head that quickly dissipates. The scent is fairly week, but is mainly sweet and cereal based. The taste is fairly crisp with light cereal and some basic bittering hops accenting the palate. Clean, crisp, simple - but it's the kind of simple that works well.

Pours a straw pale color out of the green bottle into my can-shaped glass. The head is impressive, 3 fingers, doesn't even recede in time for me to top it off without it spilling over. Lace left on the sides of the glass. Light hazy flecks float here and there.

Smell is slightly skunky, with grass, straw, pale barley, a slight fruity citrus aroma. The skunk overtakes the majority of it, though.

The flavor is thankfully a bit better, introducing some white bread and crusts, but still hangs quite heavily on corn and straw, wrapping up on a bitey, spicy finish.

Feel is almost non existent, just very carbonated, very light. A touch of dryness and spiciness on the finish.

Overall, this isn't half bad, I've had much worse. Maybe not quite as good as Molson, but better than LaBatt.
